How to Use:
Ingredients: 2 potatoes (300g), meat (chicken, beef, pork) 300g, 1 onion (300g), 600ml water, 2 tbsp cooking oil, 1 carrot (100g), 1 box (100g) curry seasoning block
① Chop the onion and saute until translucent (be careful not to burn), then add to the pot.
② If you are worried about the potatoes becoming mushy, you can remove them after sauteing, add them after 5 minutes of simmering, or boil them separately before adding them at the end.
1. First heat the oil in a pan, then saute the meat and vegetables cut into appropriate sizes.
2. Add 600ml of water, bring to a boil, and skim off the foam. Then simmer over low heat until the ingredients are soft (about 15 minutes).
3. Turn off the heat, break the curry block into pieces and add it, stir until fully dissolved, then simmer for a while.
Precautions:
After opening, please store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
● Sometimes there may be oil floating on the surface of the curry seasoning block, but this does not affect the quality.
● Due to the oil content, the curry seasoning block softens at high temperatures and hardens at low temperatures, making it difficult to break.
