How to Use:
Cut 250g of beef (mutton) into slices or pieces, add 55g of this barbecue sauce and mix well, marinate for 20-30 minutes. Interleave the marinated meat with onions (cut into pieces) on skewers or bamboo sticks. Grill the skewers over charcoal until golden brown and cooked through. During grilling, you can brush the barbecue sauce 1-2 times according to your preference; alternatively, you can fry the skewers in oil at 160-180℃ (oil smoking) for 2-3 minutes and serve immediately.
Pan-fried Meat Recipe
Cut 250g of beef (mutton) into slices or pieces, add 55g of this barbecue sauce and mix well, marinate for 20-30 minutes. Add 70g of salad oil to the pan and heat to 160-180℃ (oil smoking). Stir-fry until the meat is cooked through. Serve immediately. Adding carrots, onions, and garlic during stir-frying will enhance the flavor.
