Ingredients: Corn starch, sweet potato starch, wheat flour, Sichuan peppercorns, white sugar, salt, garlic, scallions, spices, sodium bicarbonate
Shelf Life: 18 months

Instructions:
1. Cut the meat into strips, pat with a knife, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce, ginger slices, cooking wine, pepper powder (or roasted pepper powder) and other seasonings, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Pour Lechang small crispy meat seasoning and eggs into a container and stir until there are no granules, forming a batter. Set aside.
3. Pour the marinated meat into the prepared batter and stir evenly. Fry in 70% hot oil until golden brown and then remove to enjoy.
