How to Use
Cut 1 kg of beef into thin slices and set aside. Put a small amount of oil in a pot, stir-fry about 120g of green vegetables such as bamboo shoots, garlic sprouts, and celery until cooked. Remove from pot and place in a bowl. Put 200g of water in the pot and add this seasoning, bring to a boil, add the beef slices and cook until done. Remove from pot and place in a bowl. Separately, stir-fry 50g of oil until cooked and pour over the beef slices. (If you prefer a spicier flavor, you can sprinkle pepper powder and chili powder on the vegetables before pouring hot oil.)
