Ingredients: Sauce packet: Doubanjiang (fresh chili peppers, broad bean, edible salt), water, soybean oil, oyster sauce, yellow soybean paste, glucose, rock sugar, maltodextrin, edible salt, white sugar, MSG, chicken seasoning, onion, ginger, garlic, white pepper, spices.
Seasoning packet: Chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, white sesame seeds.
Shelf life: 18 months
Storage conditions: Should be sealed and stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry place
Instructions:

1. Clean and gut 1-2 kg of fish, cut into slices or pieces, lightly fry, and place in a pot. Add 300ml of water and the sauce packet (adjust the amount according to taste) and bring to a boil.
2. Then transfer to a container with vegetables, and sprinkle the seasoning from the seasoning packet onto the fish slices or pieces.
3. Add 180ml of vegetable oil to the pot and heat until 80% cooked. When the oil starts to smoke, remove from heat and pour over the fish slices or pieces. Ready to serve.
