Instructions

1. Add 80g of vegetable oil to a wok over high heat. When the oil temperature reaches 120 degrees, add one small bag (100g) of Mala Xiang Guo seasoning to the wok and stir-fry until fragrant.
2. Add 750g of pre-boiled or deep-fried ingredients (lotus root slices, bamboo shoots, konjac, sweet potato strips, shrimp, fish balls, etc.) that are 80% cooked, and stir-fry quickly for 3 minutes.
3. Once cooked, remove from heat. A delicious dish with a fresh, fragrant, spicy, and numbing flavor is ready.
