How to Use:
This product can be used for curry rice, curry chicken, curry beef, curry potatoes, curry noodles, curry vegetables, etc.
1. Cut potatoes, carrots, onions, and green peppers into small pieces, and crush and mince the garlic cloves;
2. Heat the pan, add vegetable oil, turn to low heat, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add curry sauce;
3. Add onions, potatoes, and carrots, stir-fry evenly, and add water to cover all ingredients by 1 centimeter;
4. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 5 minutes;
5. Add braised pork, mix well, and simmer until the potatoes are cooked;
6. Use a spoon to crush 1/5 of the potatoes (this will make the curry sauce thicker);
7. Simmer the sauce over high heat (a little more sauce will make the curry rice tastier).
