Instructions
Ingredients: Lechang Huangmen Sauce: 60g, Chicken legs: 500g, appropriate amount of scallions, ginger and garlic (a small amount of mushrooms and green peppers can be added)
1. Cut the chicken into pieces and boil in cold water until eight mature.
2. Sauté scallions, ginger and garlic with oil, add chicken and this product and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add 300g of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat and simmer until the chicken is well-seasoned.
Add mushrooms, green peppers and other side dishes according to personal taste and cook until done.
Mix the ribs with flour and cooking wine, let them stand for 15 minutes, then rinse several times with clean water. Heat the pan with cold oil, add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the ribs and stir-fry until golden brown, then add this product and stir-fry to color. Add water and beer to cover the ribs, simmer over low heat for about 1 hour, then collect the juice.
Put the beef in cold water, add scallions, ginger, Sichuan pepper and an appropriate amount of cooking wine to blanch, remove, put ginger slices, beef, this product and water into the pressure cooker and stew for 30 minutes, then add potatoes, carrots and mushrooms and stew for another 20 minutes.
