Recommended Usage:
Grilled and Fried Skewers Recipe
Cut 250g of beef (mutton) into slices or pieces, add 55g of this BBQ sauce and mix well, marinate for 20-30 minutes. Alternate the marinated meat with onions (cut into pieces) on skewers or bamboo sticks. Grill over charcoal until golden brown and cooked through. During grilling, you can brush 1-2 times with this BBQ sauce according to your taste. Alternatively, you can fry the skewers in oil at 160-180℃ (oil smoking) for 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
Stir-fried Meat Recipe
Cut 250g of beef (mutton) into slices or pieces, add 55g of this BBQ sauce and mix well, marinate for 20-30 minutes. Heat 70g of salad oil in a pan to 160-180℃ (oil smoking) and stir-fry until the meat is cooked through. You can enjoy it immediately. Adding carrots, onions, and garlic while stir-frying will enhance the flavor.
