Grilled and Fried Skewers Recipe
Cut 250g of beef (mutton) into slices or chunks, add 55g of this barbecue sauce and mix well, marinate for 20-30 minutes. Thread the marinated meat and onions (chopped) alternately onto skewers or bamboo sticks. Grill over charcoal fire until golden brown and cooked through. During grilling, you can brush 1-2 times with this barbecue sauce according to your preference; you can also fry the skewers in oil at 160-180℃ (oil smoking) for 2-3 minutes and take them out to eat immediately.
Pan-fried Meat Recipe
Cut 250g of beef (mutton) into slices or chunks, add 55g of this barbecue sauce and mix well, marinate for 20-30 minutes. Add 70g of salad oil to a pan and heat to 160-180℃ (oil smoking) and pan-fry. Once the meat is cooked, you can enjoy it. Adding carrots, onions, and garlic together for pan-frying will enhance the flavor.
