Ingredients: Drinking water, Pixian Doubanjiang, tomato paste, garlic chili sauce, white sugar, garlic, soybean oil, chili (added amount no less than 2.8%), edible salt, seasoning wine, soybean, fresh flavor compound seasoning, spices, pepper (added amount no less than 0.8%), brewed vinegar, MSG, oyster sauce, etc.
The soybean oil used in the processing of this product is made from genetically modified soybeans.

How to Use:
Grilled and Fried Skewers Method
Cut 250g of beef (mutton) into slices or pieces, add 55g of this barbecue sauce and mix well, marinate for 20-30 minutes. Alternate the marinated meat with onions (cut into pieces) on skewers or bamboo sticks. Grill the skewers over charcoal until golden brown and cooked through. During grilling, brush with 1-2 times of this barbecue sauce according to personal taste. Alternatively, fry the skewers in oil at 160-180℃ (oil smoking) for 2-3 minutes and then serve.
Pan-fried Meat Method
Cut 250g of beef (mutton) into slices or pieces, add 55g of this barbecue sauce and mix well, marinate for 20-30 minutes. Heat 70g of salad oil in a pan to 160-180°C (oil smoking) and pan-fry until the meat is cooked. Serve. Adding carrots, onions, and garlic while pan-frying enhances the flavor.
