Recommended Recipe:
Ingredients: 2 potatoes (300g), meat (chicken, beef, pork) 300g, 1 onion (300g), 600ml water, 2 tablespoons cooking oil, 1 carrot (100g), 1 box (100g) curry seasoning cubes
Cooking Tips: ① Chop the onion and sauté until translucent (be careful not to burn) before adding it to the pot.
② If you are worried about the potatoes becoming mushy, you can remove them after sautéing, add them after boiling for 5 minutes, or boil them separately before adding them at the end.
1. First heat the oil in a pan, then sauté the meat and vegetables cut into appropriate sizes.
