Sauce Packet: Doubanjiang (fresh chili peppers, broad bean, edible salt), water, soybean oil, oyster sauce, soybean paste, glucose, monosodium glutamate, maltodextrin, edible salt, white sugar, monosodium glutamate, chicken seasoning, onion, ginger, garlic, white pepper, spices, potassium sorbate. Seasoning Packet: Chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, white sesame seeds.
Shelf Life: 18 months
Storage Conditions: After opening, store in a cool, ventilated, and dry place.
Instructions:

Wash and thinly slice 1-2 kg of beef. Briefly fry the slices in oil, then place them in a pot. Add 300ml of water and the sauce packet (adjust the amount according to taste). Bring to a boil, then transfer to a container with vegetables. Sprinkle the seasoning from the seasoning packet onto the meat slices. Heat 180ml of vegetable oil in a pan until it is 80% cooked. When the oil starts to smoke, remove from heat and pour over the meat slices. Serve immediately.
