Instructions:
1. Rinse the prepared sheep bone (3-4 jin) with water to remove any fishy smell.
2. Sauté the onion and ginger until fragrant, add the sheep bone and stir-fry evenly with the seasoning.
3. Put into a pressure cooker, add boiling water to cover the sheep bone, pressure cook for 15 minutes, then it's ready to eat.
