Ingredients: Lechang Twice-cooked Pork Seasoning 60g, Pork slices: 200g, Onion, Ginger, Garlic
1. Put the pork in a pot, add water (to submerge the pork), add a small amount of ginger slices, scallions, and cooking wine.
