How to Use:
1. Prepare 350g pork ribs, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, salt, appropriate amount of cornstarch, 30ml cooking wine, onion, ginger, garlic, chili.
2. Soak the ribs in water to remove the fishy smell, drain, and then add Lechang Fermented Black Bean Sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, onion, ginger, garlic, and chili to marinate for one hour.
3. Add salt and cornstarch, mix well, bring water to a boil, and steam in a pot for 30 minutes.
